Hi Daniel,
We’re interested in the 2004 river cruise September 26.
We’d like to experience the classical music, the Danube River, the passing history and landscapes.
We assume the boat has suitable accommodation for relaxation.
Thanks, Karen and Bill Anderson
We would like to have more information and perhaps seeing pictures of previous cruises. Sounds quite interesting.

I am a retired piano teacher with over 40 years of experience– now I would like to travel with my husband of nearly 40 years. We LOVE all that Europe and cruises have to offer–however this particular one “sparked” our interest far more than others.
Looking forward to your response

How much is the Hosted River Cruise with Daniel Vnukowski ?
Hello Daniel,
I heard of Cruise Holidays of Clarkson on your station, since, like so many others I am an avid listener.
I would love to go on the Danube cruise since I am Hungarian and I was on the one in 2013.
But I have some reservations.
I went on the Mediterranean cruise first, organized by Cruise Holidays. The hotel accommodation in Rome was “substandard”, which doesn’t describe it accurately.
The ship was everything the organizers promised.
My second trip with Cruise H. was from Amsterdam to Budapest. The ship (Amacerto) was, again without fault. The Vienna Mozart and Strauss concert is something to be remembered.
We were told to bring a nice dress, so we did. We arrived at the Opera House, were led up the stairs, and up again ending up in the attic/storage room with fallen curtains, abundant cobweb decoration, and cold iron chairs strong together with iron rods. The musicians, I am certain were students from the conservatory (nothing against them), because no established classical musician would perform under such conditions. So, you see my hesitation in paying almost double the fee, traveling alone, because they don’t deliver exactly what they hook you with. I apologize for loading this on you, especially since I never made my disappointment known to them.
Being a classical music lover and growing up in Vienna I had a subscription to the Staatsoper and lived 10 Minutes from the Volksoper. Therefore, the love for your music which we listen to every day. I hope to get to see you one day when you are in the Kitchener/Cambridge/Guelph area.
